After the installation process and QuickTouch training is completed, SAGE clients can take advantage of continuing technical support services offered by the SAGE Support Center.
SAGE also offers extended coverage through its Guardian Maintenance Program. Centers that subscribe to this service get the benefit of free support (800) service and extended technical support hours, including evenings and weekends (Sundays, emergencies only), simply by calling the (800) number for the SAGE Support Center. Subscribers also receive free SAGE software upgrades, free quarterly Chek-Chart vehicle service and parts updates for the SAGE Service Manual.
In addition to its software support services, SAGE stands behind the hardware we sell with our systems. Hardware maintenance is handled in-house by SAGE for units shipped back to us. In an emergency situation, we will make every effort to get temporary rental hardware shipped to a customer by the next business morning to avoid business disruptions. The method of shipment and shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
These days it is unusual for hardware to fail, but it is important to know that SAGE understands and is committed to minimizing the down time.
