ROBERT N. SAMPSON - President

Bob has over 28 years experience in the information systems industry. Prior to starting SAGE Microsystems, Bob managed the Technical Support Department at Shared Medical Systems, now Siemen's Medical Solutions, provider of large-scale hospital information systems.
He is co-founder of SAGE and has been actively involved in the fast lube industry for over 18 years.
As President of SAGE, he has helped automate several major fast lube chains and has established business relationships with most of the companies involved with the fast lube industry.
He has evolved the SAGE point-of-sale product to be the most state-of-the-art software system available in this industry.
RONALD D. WEISER -
Director of Research and Development
Software Systems Design, Product Development and Programming.
Ron has over 30 years experience developing mainframe operating systems, business software applications, networking and communications software and hardware solutions.
Ron is a co-founder of SAGE Microsystems, with a background as manager for the Systems Development Group at Shared Medical Systems, now Siemen's Medical Solutions, provider of large-scale hospital information systems.
Ron has been in charge of SAGE product development including the legacy DOS LubePlus and the current Windows QuickTouch products.
Ron continues to focus on the technology and software products that will keep pace as the fast lube industry continues to evolve.
JOAN SAMPSON - Director of Operations
Business Planning and Business Operations
Joan has more than 26 years management experience in the management of application software development, product management, business planning, customer services, systems installations and customer training.
Joan was Applications Development Manager for Shared Medical Systems, now Siemen's Medical Solutions, responsible for the creation of the IBM-based hospital management system product suite.
Joan is a co-founder of SAGE and has been responsible for overall company operations.
She has grown the company to 24 employees and over 1400 customer locations. With the success of the QuickTouch suite of products, Joan will continue to be responsible for directing the company's ongoing expansion.
SHANE MCEWAN -
Director of Information Technology
Development and Technical Services
Shane has over 15 years experience in the application development of business management systems.
As Senior Systems Engineer, he led programming teams in creating automation systems for the Federal Government of Canada,
Hugh Dolan Automotive Service Products, and Major Lube Automotive Computer Solutions who specialized in fast lube point-of-sale software systems.
His expertise includes Web application programming, Microsoft product suites, Internet and FTP communications and distributed network topologies.
As Director of Information Technology, he is responsible for Product Management, new Product Development, and SAGE's Technical Services Department.
